ఉపాద్యాయులు ఎంతోకాలంగా ఎదురుచూసిన Transfers వచ్చేసాయి కాని ఎందరికో నాకు ఎన్ని Points వస్తాయి ఎలా గణించాలి అని phone చేసి అడుగుతున్నారు వారికోసమే మీ Transfers Points గణించడానికోసం ఓప్రయత్నం గా Automatic Calculate చేయడానికి 2015 లో ఇచ్చిన జి.ఓ 12 ప్రకారం ఒక Simple File తయారు చేయడం జరిగింది ముందుగా Transfer Point ఎల ఇస్తారో ఒకసారి పరిశీలిద్దాం. ఇప్పుడు చేయబోయే ట్రాన్స్ఫర్ జి.ఓ లు వెలువడ్డాక ఇందులో ఏమైనా మార్పులు ఉంటె వెంటనే మారుస్తానని తెలుపుతూ... ప్రసుతం వచ్చే పాయింట్స్ ఓసారి పరిశీలిద్దాం.

I. Common points:

1. 20% కాని అంతకంటే ఎక్కువ HRA పొందుతున్న ప్రాంతాలలో పనిచేస్తున్న వారికి 1సం. కు 1 Point పూర్తి సంవత్సరాలు కాగ ఉన్న ఒక్కో నెలకు 0. 083 Points.  
2. 14.5% HRA పొందుతున్న ప్రాంతాలలో పనిచేస్తున్న వారికి 1సం. కు 2 Points  పూర్తి సంవత్సరాలు కాగ ఉన్న ఒక్కో నెలకు 0. 16 Points.  
3. 12% HRA పొందుతు as per the norms of the Panchayath Raj (Engineering) Department రవాణ సౌకర్యం ఉన్న ప్రాంతాలలో పనిచేస్తున్న వారికి 1సం. కు 3 Points  పూర్తి సంవత్సరాలు కాగ ఉన్న  ఒక్కో నెలకు 0. 25 Points.  
4. 12% HRA పొందుతు as per the norms of the Panchayath Raj (Engineering) Department రవాణ సౌకర్యం లేని ప్రాంతాలలో పనిచేస్తున్న వారికి 1సం. కు 5 Points ఒక్కో నెలకు 0. 416 చొప్పున కేటాయిస్తారు. 

II. Special Points (Extra Points):  

• ప్రభుత్వ గుర్తింపు పొంది OD Facility ఉన్న State Presidents and General Secretaries కి 10 Points అదేవిధం ఆసంఘాల జిల్లా President and General Secretaries కి 10 పాయింట్స్ కేటాయిస్తారు. 

• వివాహం కాని మహిళ ఉపాద్యులకు 10 పాయింట్స్  కేటాయిస్తారు. 

• భార్య భర్త లు ఇద్దరు State / Central Government ఉద్యోగాస్తులయినపుడు వారు ఒకే జిల్లాలో పనిచేస్తున్నపుడు వారిలో ఎవరయినా ఒకరు Spouse Category వాడుకోవచ్చు వీరికి 10 పాయింట్స్ కేటాయిస్తారు. ఇది HM లకి 5 సం. లు ఇతర ఉపాధ్యాయులకు 8సం. ఒకసారి మాత్రమే భార్య కాని భర్త కాని ఉపయోగిసుకోవాలి.  ఈవిదంగా వినియోగించుకున్న వారిని నిర్ణిత గడవులో Rationalization లో Transfer చేస్తె వీరికి మల్లి Spouse Category వాడుకోవడానికి అనుమతిస్తారు.  

III. Performance Related Extra Entitlement Points : 

• కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం వారు ఇచ్చే National Award పొందిన వారికి 15 పాయింట్స్ State Government వారు ఇచ్చే State Award పొందిన వారికి 10 పాయింట్స్ కేటాయిస్తారు. 

• SSC లో ఉత్తమ పలితాలు సాదించిన వారికి Performance Points గా 100% సాదిస్తే 2.5 పాయింట్స్ 95%-99% సాదించిన వారికి 2 పాయింట్స్ 90%-94% సాదించిన వారికి 1 పాయింట్ ఇస్తారు. Subject Teacher  తను భోదించిన Subject లో వచ్చిన Result ఆదరంగా Headmaster గారికి మొత్తం పాఠశాల Result ఆదారంగా పాయింట్లు కేటాయిస్తారు 

• SSA/ RMSA Trainings కి Resource Persons గా గత 3సం. లలో 3 Trainings పనిచేస్తే State Level కి 5 Points, District Level  కి 4 Points, Mandal Level కి 2 Points చొప్పున కేటాయిస్తారు.

Interstate Transfers Guidelines

Telangana and Andhrapradesh both state Government  has been given guidelines to Interstate transfers under proviso to sub section (2) of section 77 of AP, Re-organisation Act-2014 mandates that employees of local, District, Zonal and Multi zonal Cadres, which fall entirely in one of the Successor States shall be deemed to allotted to that employees and State Cadre employees for transfer to the State where their spouses are working or for mutual transfers on grounds of their local candidature etc., to the state wich they belong.
