Departmental Test Results which were published in www.apspsc.gov.in considered as authentic publication for intending all benefits to the
candidates, who are provisionally declared to have passed the Tests vide G.O Ms.No. 591 Dt.20.10.2011. The
Commission shall, however, send a hard copy of the results duly signed to all
the District Collectors and Heads of the Departments for official record and
reference.

ORDER:
In the G.O.1st read above, the Andhra Pradesh Departmental Tests Rules,
1965 were issued along with the syllabus and the rule 6 of the said rules
provides that the results of the Departmental Tests will be published in the
Andhra Pradesh Gazette. In the G.O.2nd read above, an amendment was made to the rule 6 of the
Andhra Pradesh Departmental Tests Rules, 1965, by adding a note that “The
Departmental Tests results will also be published in Andhra Pradesh Public
Service Commission’s “Udyoga Samacharam”, in addition to the publication in A.P.Gazette, which would be
considered as authentic publication for extending all benefits to the
candidates, who are provisionally declared to have passed the Tests”.
2. In the letter 3rd read above, the Principal Secretary, Andhra Pradesh Public
Service Commission has requested the Government to issue necessary amendments
to the rule 6 of the Andhra Pradesh Departmental Tests Rules, 1965, directing
all the State Government Departments to consider web publication of the
Departmental Examinations Results by the Andhra Pradesh Public Service
Commission in the official website (www.apspsc.gov.in) as authentic publication of results for intending all
benefits to the candidates who are provisionally
declared to have passed the Tests, so as to obviate delays in consideration of
benefits to employees and also to reduce costs towards printing of “Udyoga
Samacharam” Bulletin.
3. The Government after careful examination of the matter,
hereby accept the request of the Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission and
make the following amendment to the Andhra Pradesh Departmental Tests Rules,
1965, issued in G.O.Ms.No.1397, GA (Rules) Department, dated the 24th July,1965:-
A M E N D M E N T
In rule 6 of the said rules, for the existing Note, the
following shall be substituted, namely:-
“NOTE: The results of the Departmental Tests shall also be
published on official website (www.apspsc.gov.in) of the Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission, in addition to the
publication in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, which would be considered as
authentic publication for intending all benefits to the candidates, who are
provisionally declared to have passed the Tests. The Commission shall, however,
send a hard copy of the results duly signed to all the District Collectors and
Heads of the Departments for official record and reference.”
